Whenever I need to justify buying some entertainment (movies, music, games etc.), I work out what it’ll cost per-hour. Going to the movies? Very expensive, almost $10p/h. Music? Depends how much I like an album, but pretty good. Buying a PS3 game? If it’s day one, maybe a few dollars an hour. If it has online play, you could get it under a dollar pretty easily.

A good iPhone game? <$0.10 easily.

I couldn’t agree more. Even if I only play a 99c game for an hour, that’s money well spent in my opinion; it’s done it’s job by killing my boredom.
